March is nutrition month

The Dietitians of Canada have named March Nutrition Month and are celebrating it by encouraging Canadians to seek out healthy local food options. Whether it’s participating in a community garden or asking your grocer to carry more local meat and produce, we all have a role to play in encouraging better nutrition and better eating habits.
