Is your school, team, church or community organization looking for an easy way to raise money? We’ve developed an easy-to-use automated system that lets your group Beef Up Your Fundraising and earn money every time you and your members buy beef through our online store.
It’s easy! And there’s no commitment from you. Just send us an email to create your organization’s membership, then every time your members buy premium, Manitoba beef online at www.KeystoneProcessors.com, your group will benefit. We’ll pay you 15% from every purchase!
That means $150 to your group for every $1,000 in Keystone Processors’ beef your group buys!
And since we only sell our beef by the box, those purchases add up quickly. We encourage friends and family to bundle their orders – for example, order a box of steaks, a couple of roasts, some ground beef and hamburgers together, then split them up and pop them in your freezers. We deliver free in Winnipeg on orders of $250+.

Getting Started:
Just ask us by email (info@KeystoneProcessors.com) to set up your organization’s membership, and then tell your friends, family and colleagues to identify themselves as your members when they register at our online store through www.KeystoneProcessors.com. Then every time they shop, they will be sending Beef Up Your Fundraising bucks to your fundraising campaign.

(Note: a person can belong to more than one organization, but you must provide a separate email address for each account profile you create.)
Details we need:
- Organization name (ie. who should receive the cheques) Important: Cheques must be issued in the name of an organization. We will not issue cheques to individuals. So, if your organization doesn’t have its own bank account, your cheques must be issued to another entity that does. For example, sports teams may arrange to have their community centres or governing sports organizations named on the cheques; school clubs may want to arrange for their schools to receive the funds.
- Designated Contact name, title, address, phone number, email, birth date and driver’s license (or other ID)
- Alternate contact name, title, address, phone number, email birth date and driver’s license (or other ID)
Changing Your Designated Contact:
You can change your designated contact by emailing us at info@KeystoneProcessors.com. Note that all changes must be verified and new designated contacts must have valid email addresses.
Beef Up Your Fundraising is a great addition to your existing fundraising program. No commitments and no minimums…just great beef for great prices that can deliver consistent funds for your group.
Getting Paid:
The more beef the individuals in your group buy, the more money will accrue in your organization’s account.
We’ll issue quarterly reports to your group’s designated contact in early January, March, July and October showing how much your group purchased in the previous 90 days and how much money you’ve earned. You can leave your money in your account to grow, or choose to get paid. We issue Beef Up Your Fundraising cheques only on request. Please request your payment by email by January 15, March 15, July 15 or October 15 to receive payment for the previous quarter.
