And our ground beef is Natural Prairie Beef, which means it was raised without the use of hormones and every order can be traced back to the farm it came from.

We put food safety top of mind at Keystone Processors. We believe traceability initiatives are a great idea for cattle producers, for our company, and especially for our customers. Traceability gives cattle producers the opportunity to receive yield data on the animals they send us. That information helps farmers’ breeding programs because they know which animals are yielding the most. That, in turn, helps our company, because we’ll receive some of the best beef in the country. How to make the perfect roast beef

We’ve posted a couple of videos to our site here to help you make the perfect roast beef. The first is by Annabel Langbein. She prepares roast beef with roasted beets and a red wine sauce. It’s a short, three minute video and you’ll see just how easy it is to impress your friends and family with a beautiful roast beef dinner.
